This just sounds like the remix of the music from a trainingvideo I watched at work a few days ago. The video was boring (and bad quality) but the music was very catchy (somehow). To come to a point now, I like this song. It gots something relaxing but also something powerfull.

Better than the original
Sonic 3 Special stage... I think they were easier to beat then the special stages in Sonic 1&2. Really good song. I like it. Reminds me to the much failures I had in this levels ("Argh! Curse you, Sonic!")
